She is a social impact leader with over two decades of experience in technology, human resources, global operations, leadership and organizational development. She believes the nonprofit sector needs affordable, modern executive talent that can align strategy, people, technology and funding to deliver impact at a fraction of the time and costs.

She supports mission-driven organizations to strengthen impact by aligning purpose, strategy, and operating models with equity, accountability, and locally led decision-making. Sumananjali works to embed impact thinking into leadership, governance, and organizational systems.

Kondwani Mtalimanja is a technology transformation professional with two decades experience in the design and use of technologies to positively impact social impact enterprises across Africa, Europe, and Asia. He has played an integral part in Global IT Leadership teams so they develop the strategies, policies and procedures to ensure a systematic approach to how IT delivers efficiency, effectiveness and impact.
